The Red Lion Theatre Company, made up of high school students and recent graduates from around the Milwaukee area, presents William Shakespeare’s classic HAMLET. Self-produced and directed, these young people are the future of theater in Milwaukee and beyond; check out their work as they move on to nationally-acclaimed theater training programs!
The National Youth Wind Orchestra of Luxembourg returns to the Father Carney PAC for the second time!
This ensemble is composed of young musicians aged between 14 and 20 coming from various conservatories, music schools, and music associations of Luxembourg; it includes prize winners from the Luxembourg Competition for Young Soloists. The aims of the orchestra are to support the musical education of young musicians from Luxembourg, to promote a varied repertoire for wind orchestra and especially works written by European composers as well as to promote youth exchanges between different European countries. The orchestra is conducted by professional conductors and tutors from Luxembourg and abroad.

Join Ballet 5:8 for an evening of one-act ballets featuring Julianna Rubio Slager’s Butterfly, in memory of the children of WWII Terezin and their poems and artwork. Also included: a World Premiere by Kevin Jenkins, winner of multiple Dance Magazine and Pointe Magazine Editors Choice choreography awards, Slager’s Of Splendors and Horrors, inspired by C.S. Lewis’ book The Weight of Glory, and Slager’s playful Brothers & Sisters, exploring the beauty and contrast of men and women.
